How do I pay with a credit card? After you
confirm your checkout at Dress911.com, you will be brought to Paypal's
secure website to enter your credit card information. You do not
require a Paypal account. Below is a step by step process to
complete the credit card payment.
Step 1: Select 'Pay With Credit Card'
Step 2: Enter your credit card information including
the security code located on the back of the card as shown below and
then click "Review Order and Continue". The address on the screen
must match the billing address of the credit card or the payment will be
rejected.

Step 3: Review your order and
click 'Pay Now' and your payment will be processed.

I
don't have a credit card. How can I buy your products?
If you don't have a credit card you can pay by Interac Email Money
Transfer (EMT), which is available to anyone in Canada who has an online
banking account. We also accept payment from Paypal.

Can I
pay with my debit card? Canadian customers
cannot pay with debit card but can pay with an Interac Email Money
Transfer (EMT). USA customers can use their debit card as a
payment method through Paypal.

How do I pay
with an Interac Email Money Transfer (EMT)? 1.
Select the payment method of Interac Email Money Transfer (EMT) and
checkout with your item(s). 2. Go to your online bank
account under the "Transfers" page or "Bill Payments" page depending on
your bank. 3. Click the link for Interac Email Money
Transfer. 4. Add me as a recipient: Lana Mugford
5. Add our email address: info@dress911.com 6. And
then send an EMT for the order total 7. It will ask
you to set up a security question and answer, email us the answer once
completed. If you need more help just give us a call
or send us an email.

All Canadian customers have to pay GST or HST as indicated below.
USA customers do not have to pay tax.

Do you have
a store that I can visit in person? Customers are welcome to come by our warehouse location
in London, ON, where items can be tried on and purchases, returns, and
exchanges can be processed. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday from 10-4, and Thursday to Saturday 10-6. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted. #1-30 Pacific

An item or
size is Sold Out, will you be restocking it?
Items sold out are usually not restocked. If we know that restock
is coming we will indicate so in the product information.

Can you alter a dress for me?
We are unable to alter a dress in any way.

How do I
track my order? When your order is shipped you will receive a
confirmation email from Canada Post with your tracking information.
If you do not see this email in your inbox look inside your junk email
folder as it may have been caught by email filters. |

When
will my order be shipped? Orders received by 12:00pm(EST) will
be sent out the same day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Orders received after 12:00pm will be sent out the next business day. |

What
happens if Canada Post cannot deliver my package? If your
package cannot be delivered because you have an incorrect or incomplete
shipping address within Canada(examples: wrong postal code or not including the
apartment number), or if you refuse the package, Canada Post will return
the package to us and bill us the cost. Once received, we will issue a
refund for the item returned and deduct $7 + tax for the return shipping
fee(note: we do not refund shipping charges). We will notify you
if a package is undeliverable and returned to us. You may check
out again, but must correct the addressing error. |

How will
my order arrive? All orders are sent by Canada Post. In
most cases, Canada Post will leave the package in your mailbox or on
your doorstep(if applicable). If you do not want the package left
please write "Do not safe drop" in your order notes when checking out.
If you do not want the package delivered to your shipping address and
prefer to pick it up at the local Canada Post postal outlet, please
write "Card for pickup" in your order notes. You can also request
a signature in the order notes. |
