Returns & Exchanges


Sometimes things don't work out as expected when ordering online; we've all been through it at one time or another. Our highest concern is that you're happy with your purchase, if not, return it. 
 
We promise to do our best to keep you happy and looking good!

Canadian Online Customers - Refunds
  1. Circle on your original invoice the item(s) that you are returning. Check whether you prefer a refund or store credit. Store credits never expire. If you don't select any option a store credit will be applied.
  2. Send the unworn/unaltered item(s) to us back within 7 days of delivery to your home, community mailbox, or the postal outlet (meaning get it into the mail within 7 days after Canada Post has delivered it or made it available for pick up. It doesn't matter how long it takes for the item(s) to be delivered back to us). Items sent back after 7 days but within 14 days will receive a store credit.  Items cannot be returned after 14 days. You can use your own shipping service or you can use our Canada Post prepaid return shipping label included with your shipment.  If you use our return label a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit as follows:

    MB, SK, NB, PE, NS $8 + tax
    AB, BC, NL $9 + tax
    YU, NT, NU $10 + tax
  3. Any parcels that are sent back "Returned to Sender" will be charged a $10+ tax return shipping fee. We do not refund the original shipping charges to send your package to you. Remember to write down the return tracking number for your own records.  Refunds are processed in 5-10 business days of receipt. When packaging the items you are returning, please place items in original or appropriate packaging and seal the box or envelope securely.
  4. Exceptions: Returnable sale items 30% off or more will only receive store credit. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.  Dresses marked as special occasion on your invoice may be returned within 7 days for refund or store credit. We do not accept returns of special occasion dresses after 7 days; no exceptions.  Jewelry and leggings are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned. Items returned that are not in original condition including but not limited to having been washed, altered, having odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets, food, etc.), having stain, or incomplete will not be accepted. Late returns, if accepted, will be subject to a restocking fee .

Canadian Online Customers - Exchanges
  1. You may only exchange for a new size on the same dress, not a different dress. We will not charge you to use our prepaid return label to return an item for exchange.
  2. On the website, checkout with the new size dress that you require and select economy shipping. On the Billing Page under Shipping Credit: Code: type in EXCHANGE. You will receive free economy shipping to have the new size sent to you.
  3. Alternatively, you can simply fill out the exchange form on the bottom of your receipt indicating the new size you require.  When we receive your return we will ship out the new size at no charge.
  4. Follow the instructions under ‘Canadian Customers - Refunds’ to send back the item(s) that you are exchanging.

USA Customers - Refunds
  1. Circle on your invoice the item(s) that you are returning. Send the unworn/unaltered item(s) to us back within 7 days (meaning get it to the post office within 7 days after you received your order, it doesn't matter how long it takes for the dress to be delivered back to us).
  2. USA customers must return items via United States Postal Service(USPS), or may incur service fees that will be deducted from the refunded amount. We do not refund shipping costs. Refunds are processed the day we receive them. When packaging the items you are returning, please place items in original or appropriate packaging and seal the box or envelope securely.
  3. Exceptions: Returnable sale items 30% off or more will only receive store credit. Dresses marked as special occasion on your invoice must be returned within 7 days. Jewelry and leggings cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. USA Customers - Exchanges

International Customers - Refunds
  1. Circle on your invoice the item(s) that you are returning.
  2. Send the unworn/unaltered item(s) to us back within 7 days (meaning get it to the post office within 7 days after you received your order, it doesn't matter how long it takes for the dress to be delivered back to us). When packaging the items you are returning, please place items in original or appropriate packaging and seal the box or envelope securely. Ship back using your country's national postal delivery service. Returning items by courier may result in extra courier fees or customs duties that will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Exceptions: Returnable sale items 30% off or more will only receive store credit. Dresses marked as special occasion on your invoice must be returned within 7 days. Jewelry and leggings cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. Items returned that are not in original condition including but not limited to having been washed, altered, having odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets, food, etc.), having stain, or incomplete will not be refunded. In-store Customers - Refunds
  1. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied with the receipt and all tags still attached. No exceptions. SPECIAL OCCASION dresses must be returned withing 7 days and are eligible for store credit only. Non-special occasion styles returned within 7 days will be eligible for a refund. Non-special occasion items returned after 7 days but within 14 days will be eligible for a store credit. We do not accept returns after 14 days.
  2. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered and without any stains, including makeup, or odour from food, pets, cigarette, perfume, deodorant, etc, or pet fur.
  3. Please check items before purchasing. We do not accept returns of items that have been damaged or improperly cared for by customers.
  4. Jewelry, accessories (leggings, socks, scarves, gloves, headband, etc.) and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
  5. All Home & Gift items are final sale.
  6. In-store purchases of sale items, if returnable, are eligible for store credit, only.
  7. In-store purcahses that are eligable for refund will be completed as follows:
    1. Cash and debit purchases will be refunded in cash. Note: for security reasons, we only carry a small amount of cash on premises. If you are planning on returning goods of $250 or more and they were not purchased with a credit card, please contact us at least one day prior and let us know when you will be returning the items so we can ensure that funds will be on hand to complete your return. Otherwise, we may not have funds available to complete your refund.
    2. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the items. If the original credit card is not available then you will be issued a store credit. For fraud prevention, we do not offer cash refunds to purchases made with a credit card.
  8. Items purchased online and picked up in-store fall under the in-store return policy and are eligible for refund within 7 days of purcahse (as indicated on your order confirmation) or store credit within 14 days of purchase.  So please come in quickly after placing your order or you may not be eligible for a refund and/or store credit should the item not fit or otherwise meet your expectations.
  9. Items ordered online and shipped to you can be returned for a refund in-store within 7 days of delivery by Canada Post to your home, community mailbox, or the postal outlet and are subject to the same aforementionned conditions and restrictions. No exceptions.
