SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping is Flat Rate meaning that you pay only one price
no matter how many items you order at the same time. Below are
delivery times to North American destinations from shipping date, not order date. All shipments will be provided with tracking numbers.
Please ensure you enter your correct shipping address and postal code;
undeliverable items will result in extra charges(see below).
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding Canada Post holidays.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If your package cannot be delivered because you have
an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (examples: wrong postal code
or not including the apartment number), or if you refuse the package,
Canada Post will return the package to us and bill us the cost. Once
received, we will issue a refund for the item returned and deduct $7 +
tax for the return shipping fee for Canadian packages or actual shipping cost for international packages.(note: we do not refund shipping
charges). We will notify you if a package is undeliverable and returned
to us. You may check out again, but must correct the addressing error.
