UPDATED NOTICE July 10th:
Canada Post has advised that there will be no immediate lockout and service
will continue as normal. Therefore, we will start to once again to use
Canada Post to ship your orders unless we believe there is a chance that you
shipment could be delayed by a postal disruption; in these cases we will use
FedEx to ship your order. We are happy to hear that negotiations are
continuing and support a quick and satisfactory resolution.
Shipping is Flat Rate: you pay only one price no matter how many items you order at the same time. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding Canada Post holidays (except in January when we are closed on Tuesdays and there is no shipping).

If your package cannot be delivered because you have
an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (examples: wrong postal code
or not including the apartment number), or if you refuse the package, or
it is unclaimed,
Dress911 will not be responsible if it ends up lost. In most
cases, Canada Post will attempt to return the package to us and bill us the cost. We can refund for the items returned and deduct
the actual costs charged by Canada Post to ship the parcel back to us (note: we do not refund shipping
charges). You may checkout again, but must correct the addressing error.
