Returns

Sometimes things don't work out as expected when ordering online, we've all been through it at one time or another. We're very casual about returns and our highest concern is that you're happy with your purchase, if not, return it....

If you're not happy with the fit, quality, or size of an item you can return it and choose the item in another size, or get a refund. You will not have to pay any fees for re-stocking or to have a new size (of the same dress) sent to you.

To Return an Item:
1. Contact us within 5 days of receipt of item by email, and send item back within 10 days (meaning get it to the post office within 10 days after you received your order, it doesn't matter how long it takes for the dress to be delivered back to us.) The sooner you contact us,the more chance your desired new size is still available and we will keep your new size aside for you. Items returned that are not postmarked within 10 days of receipt may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Please include the original invoice and indicate your request (exchange/refund),this will help us process your exchange or refund faster.
3. We do not exchange for a different style, only a different size. A new style will require a new order.
4. We are not responsible for your return shipping cost and we do not refund shipping costs. When returning items DO NOT write 'Return to Sender' or 'Refused' on the package.
5. You may not return or exchange sale items that are 30% off or more, jewelry, leggings, and bags. They are final sales.　

Additionally, items returned in worn condition,damaged, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refunded.

USA customers must return items via United States Postal Service(USPS), or may incur service fees that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
