UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

• If your package cannot be delivered because you have an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (examples: wrong postal code or not including the apartment number), or if you refuse the package, or it is unclaimed, Dress911 will not be responsible if it ends up lost. In most cases, Canada Post will attempt to return the package to us and bill us the cost. You will be responsible for all actual shipping costs charged by Canada Post related to the shipment of the order and the return.
