What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Associate at Dress911, no two days will look the same. You’ll wear many hats (fashionable ones, of course!) and tackle a variety of tasks, including:

Delivering stellar customer service to everyone who walks through our doors.

Crafting and keeping an eye on social media content to boost engagement.

Flexing your fashion expertise and sales skills to enhance in-store purchases and elevate the customer experience.

Offering personalized styling tips to both in-store and online shoppers.

Processing and shipping online orders with care.

Handling returns for both online and in-store purchases.

Keeping the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing—think tidy racks and a safe, welcoming vibe.

Ensuring stock counts are accurate and merchandise is properly tagged.
What We’re Looking For
