- Circle on your original invoice the item(s) that you are returning. Check whether you prefer a refund or store credit. Store credits never expire
- Send the unworn/unaltered item(s) back to us for refund within 14 days of delivery to your shipping address or the postal outlet (meaning get it into the mail within 14 days after Canada Post has delivered it to your shipping address or it has been made available for pick up. It doesn't matter how long it takes for the item(s) to be delivered back to us).
- Simply attach our Prepaid Return Shipping Label or use your own shipping service.
- If you keep at least one item from your order our prepaid label is free to use.
- If you return all items from your order and use our prepaid label we will deduct $10+ tax from your refund.
- Drop it off at any Canada Post outlet. We do not refund the original shipping charge to send your package to you. Remember to write down the return tracking number for your own records. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
- Exceptions: Final sale items cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. Items with tags removed cannot be returned. Items returned that are not in original condition including but not limited to having been washed, altered, having odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets, food, etc.), having stains, incomplete, or otherwise not in the same condition in which they were shipped out, will not be accepted.
