Returns & Exchanges Guidelines

Returns: Return returnable items for refund or store credit within 30 days of placing your order. Use our prepaid label for a $10 fee (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

Exchanges: Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size, if available. It is free to use our prepaid return label for exchanges (once per order), and there is no cost to ship the new size to you.

Exceptions: Final sale items, gift cards, and items with tags removed cannot be returned. Items not in their original condition (e.g., washed, altered, stained, odorous, or incomplete) will not be accepted.

Other Return Methods

Use our prepaid label (fee: $10) or ship items using your preferred shipping service. You can also drop them off at our warehouse-shop during business hours.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must include the receipt and be in their original condition, with tags attached.

Petticoats/crinolines and sale items are final sale. Special occasion dresses can only be returned for store credit.

Important Notes

Please inspect items carefully before purchasing or returning. Items improperly cared for or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
