IMPORTANT - We ship using several different carriers to ensure your items arrive quickly.
Due to the potential work stoppage at Canada Post we will not be using Canada Post for shipping at this time. The only exception is if you are having your items shipped to a PO Box as we can only use Canada Post for these shipments. If shipping to a PO Box your pacakge may get stuck in transit. We recommend not using PO Boxes at this time.
Shipping is Flat Rate: you pay only one price no matter how many items you order at the same time. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If your package cannot be delivered because you have an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (examples: wrong postal code or not including the apartment number), or if you refuse the package, or it is unclaimed, Dress911 will not be responsible if it ends up lost. In most cases, Canada Post will attempt to return the package to us and bill us the cost. You will be responsible for all actual shipping costs charged by Canada Post related to the shipment of the order and the return.
