Returns & Exchanges


Sometimes things don't work out as expected when ordering online; we've all been through it at one time or another. Our highest concern is that you're happy with your purchase, if not, return it.
We promise to do our best to keep you happy and looking good!

Canadian Customers - Refunds - CLICK HERE TO PRINT RETURN LABEL
  1. Circle on your original invoice the item(s) that you are returning. Check whether you prefer a refund or store credit. Store credits never expire. If you don't select any option a store credit will be applied.
  2. Send the unworn/unaltered item(s) to us back for refund within 10 days of delivery to your shipping address or the postal outlet (meaning get it into the mail within 10 days after Canada Post has delivered it to your shipping address or it has been made available for pick up. It doesn't matter how long it takes for the item(s) to be delivered back to us). Items sent back after 10 days but within 15 days will receive a store credit. We don't process returns sent back after 15 days.
  3. Simply attach our Prepaid Return Shipping Label (free to use - one per order up to two items- if sent back within our return time period*) and drop it off at any Canada Post mailbox or postal outlet. CLICK HERE TO PRINT A RETURN LABEL.We do not refund the original shipping charge to send your package to you. You can also use your own shipping method to return the item(s) but only at your own expense. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. When packaging the items you are returning, please place items in original or appropriate packaging and seal the box or envelope securely.
  4. Exceptions: If returning three (3) or more items we do not offer free return shipping. You can still use our pre-paid label but we will deduct a return shipping fee of $8+tax for returns from Ontario and Quebec; $10+tax for returns from the rest of Canada. Or, you can use your own shipping method to ship back the items. Jewelry, accessories, leggings, and home & gift items cannot be returned. Final sale items cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. Items with tags removed cannot be returned. Items returned that are not in original condition including but not limited to having been washed, altered, having odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets, food, etc.), having stains, incomplete, or otherwise not in the same condition in which they were shipped out, will not be accepted.

Canadian Customers - Exchanges
  1. You may only exchange for a new size on the same dress, not a different dress.
  2. Checkout with the new size dress that you require within 14 days. On the Billing Page under Shipping Credit: Code: type in EXCHANGE. You will receive free Economy shipping on the order.
  3. Follow the instructions under ‘Canadian Customers - Refunds’ to send back the item(s) within 14 days that you are exchanging. Note that the new exchange order sent to you will not include a prepaid return label. You must pay for your own shipping if you need to return an exchanged item.

USA Customers - Refunds
  1. Circle on your invoice the item(s) that you are returning. Send the unworn/unaltered item(s) to us back within 14 days (meaning get it to the post office within 14 days after you received your order, it doesn't matter how long it takes for the dress to be delivered back to us).
  2. USA customers must return items via United States Postal Service(USPS), or may incur service fees that will be deducted from the refunded amount. We do not refund shipping costs. Refunds are processed the day we receive them. When packaging the items you are returning, please place items in original or appropriate packaging and seal the box or envelope securely.
  3. Exceptions: Jewellery and leggings cannot be returned. Items returned that are not in original condition including but not limited to having been washed, altered, having odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets, food, etc.), having stain, or incomplete will not be refunded. Returns not sent back within 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.

USA Customers - Exchanges

International Customers - Refunds
  1. Circle on your invoice the item(s) that you are returning.
  2. Send the unworn/unaltered item(s) to us back within 14 days (meaning get it to the post office within 14 days after you received your order, it doesn't matter how long it takes for the dress to be delivered back to us). When packaging the items you are returning, please place items in original or appropriate packaging and seal the box or envelope securely. Ship back using your country's national postal delivery service. Returning items by courier may result in extra courier fees or customs duties that will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Exceptions: Jewellery and leggings cannot be returned. Items returned that are not in original condition including but not limited to having been washed, altered, having odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets, food, etc.), having stain, or incomplete will not be refunded. Returns not sent back within 14 will not be accepted.

In-store Customers - Refunds
  1. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied with the receipt. See in-store for full return policy details.  
  2. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without any stains, including makeup, or odour from food, pets, cigarette, perfume, deodorant, etc. Items with tags removed cannot be returned.
  3. Please check items before purchasing. We do not accept returns of items that have been damaged or improperly cared for by customers.
  4. Petticoats/crinolines, jewelry, and accessories (leggings, socks, scarves, gloves, headband, etc.) are Final Sale
  5. All Home & Gift items are final sale.
  6. In-store purchases of sale items are final sale. And itmes with a tag that reads XUB are final sale.
  7. In-store purchases that are eligible for refund will be completed as follows:
    1. Cash and debit purchases will be refunded in cash. Note: for security reasons, we only carry a small amount of cash on premises. If you are planning on returning goods of $250 or more and they were not purchased with a credit card, please contact us at least one day prior and let us know when you will be returning the items so we can ensure that funds will be on hand to complete your return. Otherwise, we may not have funds available to complete your refund.
    2. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the items. If the original credit card is not available then you will be issued a store credit. For fraud prevention, we do not offer cash refunds to purchases made with a credit card.
  8. Items purchased online and picked up in-store fall under the in-store return policy and are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase (as indicated on your order confirmation). So please come in quickly after placing your order or you may not be eligible for a refund and/or store credit should the item not fit or otherwise meet your expectations. Any request to cancel/refund an order without coming into the store will only be eligible for a store credit.
  9. Items ordered online and shipped to you can be returned for a refund in-store within 14 days of delivery by Canada Post and are subject to the same aforementioned conditions and restrictions.
