Tess is a seductive swing dress with stunning cut-out lace short sleeves, neckline and lower skirt. The fitted waist contrasts the 50's style flared skirt, which can be boosted with a petticoat. Made from lovely soft cotton with stretch and crochet lace, this stunning style fastens at the back with a hidden zip.
